Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability

I hereby acknowledge that I practice the sport of hiking and I’m aware of its dangers and risks. Therefore, I am participating in the hiking expeditions with the Lebanon Mountain Trail Association at my own responsibility and risk, and relying only on my own capabilities. I hereby pledge to refrain from any act which might perturb the remaining members of the group or affect my own and/or their safety.

I am participating in the expeditions within the group with prior knowledge of the expeditions’ dangers and their difficulties. I am taking at my own risk, responsibility and charge any accident or emergency which I may cause or which I may suffer during the expeditions, and I hereby release the Lebanon Mountain Trail Association, its directors, mangers, officers, employees, affiliates and the tour operators who are guiding the expedition from any liability or any demand or action for fault or negligence or otherwise in this respect.
